About this opportunity
Welcome to the Customer Data Services DK/NO/SE team. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various banking products offered to our customers. As Junior Process Officer in Customer Data Services team you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services according to standards and being coureageously innovative to exceed customer's expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Updating data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
- Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs as well as working with methodologies to improve our ways of working aiming to be more effective and productive
- Collaborating accross corders and colleagues in Scandinavian countries
- Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
- Contributing in proces routines improvement by bringing new ideas and solutions

Your experience and background:
- Education - min. secondary school
