Welcome to Cash Management Operations. We add value by ensuring that Nordea customers receive high quality service in cash management area. As Junior Process Officer/Process Officer/Process Specialist you’ll play a valuable role in supporting efficient and correct flow of payments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle different payments types ensuring that time and quality KPI’s are met
- Respond to payment realted queries from Customer Responsible Units
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders in Denmark
- Continuosly learn and update knowledge in order to ensure high quality deliveries
- Improve assigned processes and be part of different initiatives aimed to increase efficiency and quality of services
- Identify potential risks and proactively seek for potential solutions
You’ll join a team of young and enregetic colleagues, eager to constantly develop and improve their competencies. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Good command of English (at least B1+/B2)
- MS Office knowledge
- Banking knowledge or previous experience in banking sector will be an asset
