About this opportunity
Welcome to the Mortgage Lending SE 3 team. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various requests sent from our customers in Sweden. As Junior Process Officer with Swedish Language, Łódź you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services according to standards and in being coureagously innovative to exceed customers’s expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customers products related with individual pensions savings
- Broadening knowledge of banking services
- Creating, developing and updating process documentation
- Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs, as well as working with methodologies that help improve our way of working, to be more effective and productive in our tasks
- Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
- Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services

You’ll join a team with English speaking environment, focused on personal development and team work. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Swedish native or at least C1 level
- English on a communicative level
- Ability to make independent decisions (willing to think outside the box)
- Analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Being able to handle stressful situations and goal-oriented
- University degree and previous international experience (not a requirement but seen as a benefit)
OUR OFFER:
- Salary: your monthly payment contains base salary + $ Nordic language allowance + relocation package (if applicable).
- Full support when you relocate to Lodz (we cover all traveling costs if it’s applicable, Recruiter will provide more info).
- Relocation package (we offer additional $ to be spent on renting apartment - if applicable, Recruiter will provide more info).
- Nordic language allowance (depending on the Nordic language level you’ll receive additional money each month).
