We are looking for a Junior Process Officer in Banking Operations Sweden to work in the international back office environment and playing the essential role by securing and managing different processes towards Swedish customer market. You'll join Swedish Processing Team 5, where we provide the service for our customers and stakeholders in the area of Debt Collection and Customer On-Boarding and Off-Boarding processes. Reviewing, registering and handling different cases of complexity with a high passion for delivering quality and value for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Using your Swedish language skills to cope with Swedish documents and systems
- Registering/closing services for corporate customers
- Cooperating with Debt Collection Agencies
- Streamlining processes according to the Lean methodology

Your profile and background:
- Native/fluent in Swedish language
- English on communicative level
- No previous banking experience required
- Graduated from secondary school or university
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Interest in working within financial industry
