About this opportunity
Welcome to the Production - Cards Team 2 team. We add value by handling Card registration, Card maitenance and handle invoice and payments for both Commercial and Consumer customers. As Junior/Process Officer, Lodz you’ll play a valuable role in in our team, but also get the chance to cooperate with teams acrosss Cards Services Poland and with our Nordic Stakeholoders
What you’ll be doing:
- Working with Cards registration for Consumer and Commercial customers
- Handling Card maintenance cases and Account Receivables
- Getting experience in back up structure across the team
- Creating and updating documentation and procedures regarding assigned tasks
- Contributing to improvement of the quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processes
You’ll join a group of enthusiastic, dedicated poeple, creating fantastic atmosphere in whole Cards Department. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Communicative English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
