Job Description:
The purpose of the job is to manage the complete development lifecycle of digitization projects and deploy automation solutions across the region.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Understand, Conceive, design tools and applications based on process requirements and design the best suitable solution
- Support global implementation of the identified tools and assets (be a SME of few)
- Carry out enhancements to applications and systems
- Enhance and administer Automation tools developed and deployed by others
- To ensure timely and qualitative closure of all digitization projects
- Ensure that the tools developed support compliance with eSCM practices
- Ensure Customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries.
- Provide solutions in cases of problem scenarios.
Primary Skills
- Intermediate understanding of core Windows OS architecture concepts and scripting - VBS/VBA,
- Basic COM understanding
- Basic understanding of Web technologies - HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript
Secondary Skills
- Prior experience with AutoHotKey / Auto IT technology is a big plus
- Microsoft .Net (VB.NET, C#, ASP.Net)
- MS Access technologies, (event. MS SQL server)
- Excel Macros and VBA
- Should be knowledgeable around Project Management Methodology.
- Design, develop, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements.
- Maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be flexible
- Should be vibrant & logical thinker
