Your new role
On this position you will coordinate and schedule operational tasks in data center including: track execution of changes and deployments, own customer communication and escalation when needed, track tasks and bugs in portfolio and triage to team, monitor work efforts, get resources assigned, delegate tasks and report progress to team and various stakeholders. You will also regularly meet with customers to follow up on project execution and collect feedback, identify possible integration projects, evaluate network infrastructure projects, document all project related assignments, issues and risks and improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions. To do so you will be closely cooperating with Senior Technical Program Manager and team of infrastructure engineers.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant education (BA or MA in IT, Electronics, Network Engineering etc.) and at least 1 year of experience on position with project management duties. Practical knowledge and experience in system/network administration is obligatory as well as very good command of English. You will also need to know how to handle with hardware vendors and to be able to to interact with diverse technical and nontechnical groups, spanning all organizational levels. To do so strong communication skills and datadriven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges will be also needed.
