Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Preparing defined Accounts Receivable reports as per the agreed schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and distributing them to different stakeholders
- Gathering and providing monthly volume data to Accenture Tools
- Supporting month end closure activities and establishing targets for new period
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements in reporting area as well as driving them
- Responding to Client's enquiries and requests related to reporting
- Preparing and submitting Service Level Agreement and Key Metrics results
- Executing monthly controls internal audit
- Archiving respective reports on local & client’s SharePoint tools
- Cooperating with Accounts Receivable, Cash Application and General Ledger Teams
- Managing Access database, updating and adjusting when required
- Maintenance over existing automations
- Oracle (ERP)
- SAP / Business Objects
- Cisco
- Microsoft Access
- Microsoft Excel
- MS Excel & Access skills are a must have
- Basic SQL and VBA would be an advantage
- ERP (Oracle) literacy would be an advantage
- Fluent English
- Analytical mind with strong attention to details, ability to solve problems independently
- Strong interpersonal/customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Able to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced setting, willing to take on new projects and be flexible

- Civil contract (availability min. 32h per week)
