Job description:
- Resolving SAPincidents, problems and other assignments according to the processes andpolicies defined
- Building structuralsolutions, Workarounds and WI's
- Solving problemsproactively
- Cooperation with theusers and SAP Competence Centers to provide required speed and quality ofsolutions
- Actively contributing toprocess and service definition as well as new solutions/services implementation
- Participating andmanaging projects
- Building knowledgemanagement and training process
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year ofexperience with SAP, preferably as key/end user
- Very goodcommunication skills
- Drive for knowledgeand learning
- Problem solving skills
- Accounting backgroundwill be an asset
- Fluent English, secondlanguage will be an added value
- Runbook knowledge willbe a plus
