On behalf of our Client, globally recognized company focused on human health, we are currently looking for Junior Specialists with foreign languages.
The jobholder will be responsible for resolving invoice price & quantity discrepancies, preparing reports about prices etc. What is more, your scope of duties will include: raising and facilitating the Purchase Order process, ensuring the use of approved suppliers, Following up on deliveries, order closing etc. As a Junior Specialist you will be responsible day to day contact with suppliers to ensure requestor requirements are being met.
To be successful on this position you should have professional experience in Accounts Payable, Logistic or Procurement scope. Due to, international work environment English language on C1 level is required. What is more, one of the following languages is also required: French or Spanish or Italian or German or Danish. SAP knowledge is also essential.
