Responsibilites
- Support of live application on production system,
- Taking care of configuration files
- Simple and basic development in Java
- Later Java work is going to be increased significantly
Requirements
- Knowledge of Java on basic level, but candidate will be learning Java as the time goes by
- Knowledge of Unix/Bash scripting is mandatory
- Knowledge of SQL

PKE (Position Keeping Engine) is used to calculate positions, risk, and profit and loss on a real-time basis. Traders rely on Tetris (PKE front-end) to confirm their strategies are correctly being executed, and to optimally analyze their position profitability.
- PKE is a global Equities risk management system that allows traders to have real time views of their book/sub-book positions, PnL, and Risk.
- Traders rely on PKE to view their intraday positions, confirm that their strategies are correctly being executed intraday, and to analyze the performance of their portfolios/books.
- In summary, PKE functions are: Position Keeping, PnL Monitoring, Risk Management, Ad Hoc PnL Reporting for FO, aggregation and onward reporting to GR, and position maintenance via Manual Trader/Middle Office input
