Junior Supporter / Supporter / Account Manager

Job description

Work areas:

• Ongoing client sales and support (email based)
• Registering, updating, renewing client domain names and services worldwide
• Dealing with local authorities on all continents and in obscure countries
• Preparing paperwork and documentation
• Development and maintenance of Internal procedures
• Projects in coordination with your Team and Management

work tasks will be varied ranging from the theoretical to "hands on".

As we are an IT company, there will be some minor and occasional server side tasks (setting up DNS for instance). Prior knowledge is not required and training will be provided.

Requirements

• Relevant administrative experience or education
• Good English skills, writing/speaking
• Above normal attention to detail
• An interest in IT

As a person you are independent and structured. However, you work just as well in a team.

You thrive in a service orientated job, giving your utmost to always keep the clients satisfied. You have a practical mind that value producing results within given deadlines.
