Junior Technical Consultant (SAP, BI)

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring as part of the team that business technology systems work smoothly and reliably
- System access and authorization administration
- Technical configuration and maintenance
- Making technical changes to the system configuration and performing regular maintenance procedures
- Development of a range of ERP systems (SAP HR, SAP FI, SAP CRM, Cognos BI etc.)
- Operating technical processes related to daily/weekly/monthly/annually of ERP systems
- Troubleshooting performance issues and system design problems
- Working closely with business consultants and project teams to perform small – large system changes
- Interaction with other technical teams
Requirements:
- University graduate (Bachelor degree), secondary school when relevant experience in IT area
- Previous experience of using any IT solutions on university or at work/ internship
- University knowledge or short previous experience with one of the relevant systems or/ and willingness to learn new IT technologies and fields (SAP ABAP, SAP Java, SAP Netweaver, SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft SQL database, Microsoft IIS Server Administration , Certificate Administration, Windows Servers, Microsoft PowerShell language) is advantage
- ITIL foundation knowledge is advantage
- English – advanced level, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with information technology, systems and data
