Job Description
- Supporting Validation activities in system maintenance and projects
- Supporting the role of Computer Systems Validation on Change Management process steps
- Understanding quality requirements
- Ensuring validated environments & compliance
- Create and maintain system validation documentation (Validation Plan, Report, Validation Registry, risk assessments)
- Review and analysis of validation documentation including planning, design, testing and operational documents
- Main focus: Review of test scripts and test runs/results according to Quality and Good Documentation Practice and Manages deficit resolution and testing deviations. Ensures code release procedures are adhered to and software is appropriately versioned and maintained
- Preparing reports documenting validation activities and any other testing activities if required
- Support delivery of test strategies and plans to ensure that computerized system will meet business requirements and the risk-based approach is applied
- Work with the development team to ensuring resolution of bugs/ deviations including documentation of root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in quality management, computer sciences, software engineering, commodity science or other.
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing ability
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken, negotiation).
- Additional asset: experience in regulated systems with maintained validated state (high-regulated pharmaceutical area) and focus on Quality
- Analytical skills, quality mindset
- Capable of working independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, to support global implementation across different time zones
- Additional asset: Knowledge of testing methods
- Additional asset: Knowledge of GxP regulations
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Additional asset: Knowledge of tools (e.g. HP QC, HP ALM, HPSM or other similar)
