HRK ICT for SSC start up in pharmacy sector is recruiting for the role of:
Project Manager
location: Warsaw
Activities:
- Plan actions for a country transition to Shared Service Center start up in Warsaw.
- Analyze current state and translate into SSC requirements.
- Organize and follow-up on progress meetings with SSC, project team and country delegates.
- Run daily performance calls to track performance and take appropriate actions.
- Lead small projects like e.g. the creation of a BCP plan, extension of space, new hires review program etc.
- Create documentation and organize project knowledge database.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Excel advanced skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Hands-on experience transitioning and delivering complex and multi-country BPO engagements.
- Process improvement experience.
- Change management capabilities.
