Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Very good English skills
- Command of MS Access/ SQL will be an asset
- Command of MS SharePoint will be an asset
- Command of Visual Basic will be an asset
- MS Office Training delivery experience will be an asset
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication skills – written & verbal
- Self-motivated and directed, with attention to detail, dependable and punctual
- Flexible approach for change, proactive
- Open to new ideas, shares own knowledge
- Systematic attitude to work and Continuous Improvement mindset
Responsibilities:
- Creating optimized & automated LGBS solutions/procedures/documents
- Creating tools in Knowledge Management area
- Promoting MS Office knowledge by sharing/delivering workshops/ trainings
- Coordination with cross-functional teams in the delivery of knowledge management contributions
- Assisting LGBS to design, develop, integrate, and deploy knowledge management solutions
- Monitoring the projects, analyze the outcomes and implement amendments
- Support for projects managed by Knowledge Management
- Actively seeking for new projects opportunities by identify the improvement opportunities, improve efficiency, quality and reduce risks
