Project Description:
Fintech company with branches in Denmark and Poland. As an IT partner for a wide range of banks and other parties in Denmark's financial industry, we create financial solutions for 20-30 % of the Danish bank customers. We make it possible for them to check their account online, take out loans, and transfer money. In other words, everything it takes to run a bank.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities are divided 60/40 between Knowledge Manager and Supporter
- ITSM Knowledge Manager
- As a supporter/ service desk analyst, your primary tasks are to support the employees in the financial institutions and their IT-department.
Furthermore, the job includes:
- Motivation, dedication and active participation as a team player
- Knowledge sharing with your colleagues in the department and the rest of company
- Solving and coordinating both simple and complex cases
- Cooperation with colleagues and our external suppliers
- Continuously follow-up on ongoing cases
- Initiating innovative and optimizing solutions

Knowledge Manager:
Professional skills
- Acts as a link between end-users and developers for the knowledge module
- Arrange workshops to present and train the team and other future users in KCS roles and rights
- Leads effective meetings to reach objectives and goals of the process
- Prepares and plans the development of Knowledge Management
- Writes technical needs for the development of the knowledge module
- Uploads and updates (new) knowledge articles in the ITSM tool
- Supports others when they need knowledge, information or other assistance
- Practices holistic and creative thinking
- Seeks opportunities to network and learn from others across organizational boundaries

Supporter (Service Desk analyst)
- A theoretical education within IT
- Minimum 2 years former experience from a similar support job
- Solid technical know-how about ITSM tool, Windows, Office, SharePoint, logon- and network problems, profiles, print set up, Citrix and remote workplaces etc.
- Able to work concentrated in an open workspace and from home
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
