Zadania:
- Obsługa telefoniczna klientów
- Realizacja aktywnej sprzedaży
- Przygotowanie ofert skrojonych pod klienta
- Wprowadzanie informacji do bazy danych
Wymagania:
- Komunikatywna znajomość języka niemieckiego (C1)
- Znajomość języka angielskiego (B2)
- Umiejętności sprzedażowe
- Kompetencje komunikacyjne (telefon, e-mail, czat)
- Proaktywne podejście do problemów
