OPIS STANOWISKA:
wsparcie konsultanta w realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych,
docieranie do potencjalnych kandydatów,
budowanie ogłoszeń i ofert pracy,
wykorzystywanie narzędzi online do analiz rynku pracy, stanowisk pracy oraz otoczenia biznesowego.
WYMAGANIA:
świadomość oczekiwań, zaangażowanie oraz podejście do obowiązków oparte na odpowiedzialności za powierzone zadania,
bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i/lub niemieckiego (warunek konieczny),
doświadczenie biznesowe będzie atutem,
wysokie kompetencje interpersonalne,
umiejętność organizacji pracy własnej oraz korzystania z MS Office, internet, networking,
zainteresowanie HRM oraz usługami konsultingowymi.
