Our Client, a multinational company, one of the leaders in its industry, due to continued steady growth is seeking to recruit a highly professional and experienced candidate for the role of Financial Controller.
- Prepare cyclical financial and management reports to analyze costs tied to manufacturing process
- Ensure timely preparation of month/quarter/year end close in accordance to local and Group standards
- Prepare and manage cash reports on a weekly basis
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor variance from actual results
- Drive projects tied to analyzing CapEx initiatives
- Responsible for maintaining bank reports and statistics, including quarterly reports on netting and foreign payables
- Actively take part in developing and improving controlling processes and procedures to make management reporting tools more effective
- Academic background in finance/economics related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in finance including at least 2 years tied to financial controlling and analysis within a production environment
- Very good accounting knowledge especially tied to costing of production process
- Practical knowledge of US GAAP standards would be a big plus
- Work experience in international company
- Excellent organization and communication skills, with potential to manage team in the future
- Working knowledge of an ERP system
- Very good English is required
- Result-oriented, self-starter, robust, rigorous, high on procedures and with a strong resistance to stress and pressure
