Obowiązki:
całościowe zarządzanie projektami w dziedzinie usług pracy tymczasowej, realizowanych na podległym terenie u klientów z branży FMCG
wsparcie Oddziału w zakresie realizacji procesów rekrutacyjnych w projektach masowych
organizowanie terenowych akcji rekrutacyjnych
rozwijanie i utrzymywanie wysokich standardów współpracy z Klientami
Wymagania:
doświadczenie w realizacji masowych projektów rekrutacyjnych (mile widziane doświadczenie w obsłudze klientów z branży FMCG)
wiedza operacyjna w zakresie usług pracy tymczasowej
umiejętność budowania i podtrzymywania pozytywnych relacji z Klientami
czynne prawo jazdy kat. B
