Your new company
This Canadian-based world’s leader in providing sources of intelligent information for businesses and professionals is growing since establishment in 2009, Gdynia. Due to expansion of a Risk team, new team member who is going to overtake responsibilities of KYC Quality Specialist region is to be welcome onboard.

Your new role
You will be responsible for controlling the quality and potential risks to the Operations business process against the Policy (and agreed Procedures). Main duties will also include delivering against a detailed quality review cycle that meets all Policy and procedural needs, as well as business and customer requirements. Furthermore, you will engage with Operations team colleagues and promotes quality targets and metrics at every opportunity (in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and Governance Manager).

What you'll need to succeed
You should have Good KYC (Know Your Customer) knowledge, understanding with exposure to AML and financial crime, meeting quality targets and controlling business process output quality. To be successful on this position such skills are required like: analysing and categorising root causes with options for remediation, understanding and delivering stakeholder engagement. Fluent English is a must.
