L3 SOC - Katowice
Responsibilities:
- Be on call during shifts
- Consume any L2 output as outlined above, e.g. escalations requiring coordination with legal, forensics etc.
- Prepare the playbooks (as above) with L2
- Work on any ad-hoc or not-contracted SOC activity in case L1 and L2 are outsourced
- Decide if cases alerted from L2 should trigger crisis management (calamity) and if so, take over the resolution from L2 and drive this
- Be 24/7 available on-call (in case of calamity)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a SOC Analyst (L2 or L3), threat researcher or hunter or a similar comparable role dealing with incident handling, alert tracking, cybersecurity case management.
