Job description
Labeling plays a very important role for our business. To make sure we keep reacting fast to continuously evolving regulations, internal needs as well as entering new markets, we are strengthening our Labeling Team.
In this role you will interact with multiple stakeholders, representing Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, IT, Supply Chain and Production departments of our company. You will play a key role in supporting the organization by gathering the information from the stakeholders and translating it into label design. Together with the Labeling Team you will continuously optimize the labeling process, assuring its flexibility and compliance with all regulations.
The position is based at our Production facility in Szczecin (Poland) and is within our Lifecycle and Quality team, which is part of R&D. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with both local Quality and Production as Teams from Denmark. Hence you can expect to travel for around 30 days/year.

- Design new and update existing labels
- In cooperation with Regulatory Affairs, make sure that labeling is in compliance with national, international regulations as well as internal and customer standards
- Be a focal point for other stakeholders (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Production) for all the topics regarding labeling
- Implement a new design following a Product Design Process
- Provide a technical support for label printing and database management
- Improve labeling processes on production to ensure efficiency and flexibility
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, implementer who enjoys working in a cross functional team, and further has most of the following qualifications:
- Perfect candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant technical education
- Fluent English speaking and writing
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks
- Experience with AX or other ERP system
- Familiar with IT applications for data transition to labels
- Design new and update existing labels
