On behalf of our client, display ad tech company, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Lead Data Scientist.
Location: Warsaw
Type of job: long-term cooperation on B2B basis
Rate: depends on Candidate’s experience and skills
Job description:
• Apply advanced machine learning to company’s huge data sets to determine the most meaningful ad to the right user at the optimal time at the best price
• Build user profiles taking into account hundreds of different attributes logged across billions of transactions
• Work closely with our development teams to ensure correct implementation of algorithms
• Interface with product teams to determine business needs and translate them into real products
• Lead a team of very smart data scientists and engineers
Requirements:
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills
• PhD in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or Physics or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, R/Matlab, SQL, C#/Python/Java/Scala
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
