Your new company
For our Client, the start-up company that will be located in Kraków, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in the position of Principle Java Developer.


Your new role
As a lead Java Developer you will be responsible for requirements’ analysis, designing applications functionality, design implementation, customer’s engineers collaboration as well as mentoring junior developers and participating in technical interviews.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate you should possess over 6 years of experience as a Java Developer, understand MVC architecture and have hands-on experience with legacy code maintenance (JSP/Servlets/JavaScript/JDBC). Experience regarding Agile methodology, familiarity with Oracle and MSSQL dialects as well as architectural and technical documentation development skills are also required on this position. The Candidate needs to have experience in leading teams of 2-5 middle or junior developers and have good problem solving skills as well as task estimation skills. Good English language skills are a must.
