Responsibilites
- Lead a team of 7 engineers
- Regular reporting to PM about progress, its tracking;
- Regular code review, technical ownership;
- Coaching of new comers;
- Design and develop backend service components
- Deal with high load applications
- Participate in the global development process
- Keep in touch with new technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of team lead experience
- Good communication skills, good command of English
- C#, .NET Core
- HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- Web Forms
- SQL, ADO.NET

The software that we develop is an innovating margin risk platform for one of the Top Investments Banks which supports all major known and in-house margin calculation methodologies (VaR, SPAN, TIMS, FINRA, etc). This product is used on daily basis by the Customer to analyze and calculate risks for client portfolios containing more than 400000 positions.
We extract data from different sources (more than 10), process it, make calculations using different algorithms with Map-Reduce technology and Cassandra no-SQL storage and generate multiple reports.
