Support formalized Scaled Agile (SAFe) project management disciplines within the dedicated Portfolio as an operational discipline
- Improve the skill level and capabilities of the delivery team within the Portfolio and wider Operations Change initiatives (e.g. by adoption of global standards to the Portfolio) and monitor the progress of delivery management adoption/ improvements within the Portfolio
- Management of the program PMO on an ongoing basis to provide the following to the Portfolio:
Administrative support
Delivery management support (Scaled Agile)
Product management support (Scaled Agile)
Business Readiness support (EMEA, APAC, US and Zurich)
Monitor the portfolio and translate the AGILE delivery metrics to a set of standard aggregated measurements for the Senior Leadership
Report project progress and status using a common format and consistent content, including risk & issues identified and actions taken, scope management, schedule summary, budgetary expenditure etc.
Track resources and report to management on resource allocation, demand and forecast (i.e., tracking the assignment and utilization of team members across Portfolio)
Support programme / project administration such as opening and closing projects in the Integrated Portfolio Plan
Monitor projects and project management discipline for conformance to established project processes
- Managing the PMO team
Must have:
- Experience with Portfolio management,
- Experience with Change management,
- Experience with Stakeholder management
- PMO expertise
- Project management expertise
- Experience with Processes standardization and reworking
- Fluent English
- Project Management methodologies knowledge (e.g. PMI, agile)
- People management experience
