Lead Project Management Officer

Responsibilites
The candidate’s responsibilities will be divided into two main parts:
- PLANNING:
- Financial Management - Support the Project Managers to ensure effective financial management and control is in place for the project.
- Governance/Quality Management
- Resource Management - Role creation and maintenance, resource allocation
- Communications Management - Support project managers in communicating project progress and ensuring that all project reporting data is up-to-date and validated.
- Risk Management - Work with the project team to identify, analyze and document risks
- DELIVERY:
- Annual budget plan, monthly cost plan
- PRB artifacts and documentation maintained
- Monthly Project Status report
- Achievements / Exception Reporting
- Others
Requirements
- Organized & structured candidate
- Can work well under pressure
- Commitment to excellence and precision
- Very good English & communication skills
- Very good MS Excel / Powerpoint / Word / Outlook knowledge
- Knowledge of investment banking is an advantage
- PMO background is desired. Candidate needs to understand project structure, financials / budget forecast process, Resource & communication & risk management of projects.
- Knowledge on CA Clarity™ PPM is an advantage
