Lead Systems Engineer - EPS
As a Lead Systems Engineer – EPS you are responsible for the release planning of the technical and functional requirements of the steering system, considering project constraints and maturity levels of subsystems including software.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve systems engineering work products such as, customer driven system requirements, the electromechanical architecture and End Of Line specification,
- Monitoring of conformances and non-conformances of the steering system during the validation and release phase,
- Manage the implementation of new steering functionalities and assure compliance to core architecture,
- Interaction and communication with Leads of other Team-Functions (e.g. Mechanical Design, Safety, Software/Hardware-Design, System Validation).
Your Profile:
- University degree or polytechnic degree in electronics, mechatronics or equivalent,
- Advanced knowledge of embedded systems and functional safety in the automotive area,
- High level of analytical abilities, strong engineering judgment and leadership skills,
- Broad understanding of requirements and architecture tool chain (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody), ideally knowledge on modelling approaches like SysML or UML,
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills (English),
- Self-dependent working with a rigorous & positive approach / intelligent & energetic / good team-player.
