The Company is developing global structure based in Warsaw, providing services for EMEA region and is looking for:

Implement Leanergy / Continuous Improvement culture and tools in order to improve the organization's efficiency and change the corporate mindset to one which is very cognizant of wastes identification & elimination

Promote Lean by having each person taking initiative to solve problems and improve his or her job.

Bring business process excellence in finance

Provide value for the customer and prosperity for the company by shortening the flow and eliminating wastes.

Strongly contribute to continuous improvement of Lean Methodology

Deliver financial result as a result of an improved process

Higher education – preferably in accounting/ finance

Accounting experience in SSC
-
Proven achievments in CI program
-
Willingness for process improvments
-
Experience in projects/team leading is a plus

Very good knowledge of English

Very good skills in MS Excel

Knowledge of MS Access will be an asset
