You will serve as a learning consultant for International Paper Polska organization and consistently deliver high learning standards to build a culture of collaborative and social learning. You will also be responsible for implementing process improvements and assigning resources to execute L&D strategy to make the L&D offer competitive.

- You will be responsible for building leadership culture within IP Polska via collaboration with leaders of all levels and implementation of learning initiatives dedicated at leaders.
- You will have an opportunity to transplant L&D market trends to IP Polska organization and shape learning strategy.
- You will work in dynamic business environment with high population of Millennials that triggers change and implies fast adoption to market demands.
- Build solid infrastructure of people, processes and tools to ensure sustainable and competitive L&D strategy
- Set and drive L&D strategy with HR Generalists, business leaders and through engaging employees in learning initiatives
- Design and deliver development programs based on the business needs (e.g. leadership program)
- Deliver or co-deliver training sessions for Individual Contributors, leaders and senior leaders
- Design and manage communication and marketing efforts to promote L&D offer across organization
- Work closely with L&D Admin to coordinate training program administration and maintain process efficiency
- Supervise L&D reports preparation and provide complete perspective on L&D activities to be shared with leaders
- Support employee experience by ensuring new hires have been supplied with the correct equipment and information during on-boarding process
- Oversee knowledge and experience transfer within the organization by maintaining a group of Subject Matter Experts
- Ensuring the dynamics of L&D offer by introducing new learning initiatives
- Minimum 4 years of experience in L&D area
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Collaboration and networking skills
- Strong project management skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Willingness to adapt based on business needs, you are a team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage customers demand
- Exhibit solid knowledge of learning methods and learning trends
- Skills in the area of customer focus
- Fluency in English
