Main duties:
• Responsible for the satisfaction of key business stakeholders, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the relationship.
• Engage regularly with the business to provide training delivery solutions for new programs
• Create Training Delivery Plans and Service Agreement proposals based on program objectives and logistics requirements gathering
• Conduct regular audits of existing training programs and develop recommendations that lead to improvement of the stakeholder"s training delivery operations and learner experience.
• Work with Business Operations to manage the demand forecast for learning administration services.
• Help identify, drive improvements and innovations in LAS services, processes, governance, and overall operations.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Learning & Development Administrator)
• Ability to establish and build business relationships to better align service and services opportunities.
• Advanced planning, analytics, decision making, influencing, and negotiating skills
• Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Fluent English
