This role is part of the Motorola Solutions Learning Operations organization. This team has overall accountability for the identification and design of MSI learning technology including format of learning materials and delivery systems. The members of the team possess a deep understanding of the internal and external environmental factors, market trends, and user needs, which is key to creating learning offerings that exceed the expectations of audiences. The Learning Operations Project Manager will be tasked with the goal of delivering MSI learning technology projects on time, within budget and within scope. She will also have the overall responsibility for the Learning organization measurement strategy and will liaise with senior management and the development team to execute this strategy.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Defines project scope, objectives, and requirements involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Plans and executes on change management activities and works with audiences to ensure adoption
• Reports and escalates to management as needed
• Identifies and suggests independently new metrics aimed at measuring the Learning organization's performance and delivers key data driven insights and recommends actions in a persuasive manner to Learning senior management
• Creates thoughtful data visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactively develops and maintains knowledge regarding trends and best practices related to data science and suggests new models or approaches
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• Proven working experience in project management preferably in the information technology or learning sectors
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ability and willingness to act as a change agentFulfilling the following requirements will be advantageous:
• Experience with visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Domo, SAPBO, OBIEE) and working with very large data sets
• Experience with identifying key performance measurements for organizations of a considerable size and a strong desire to understand how a Learning organization operates
• Knowledge of user experience design practices
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
