For our client international real estate advisory company we are looking for Retail Leasing Consultant based in Warsaw.

Purpose of hired candidate is to contribute to professional advices and services to clients with a help of senior consultants and associate directors.

Duties: Day to day involvement in small to medium, non-complex client projects. Provide input to support delivery of client assignments, i.e. prepare and process technical information. Support more senior colleagues to identify new business and revenue opportunities with new and existing clients for retail sector. Identify opportunities to cross-sell when discussing a client’s requirements. With a help of more senior colleagues to interface with clients on projects being managed, i.e. update clients on progress, answer queries, provide advice. Participating in mandate pitches, preparing presentations and collecting data

We are looking for: 2-4 years of proven experience in real estate retail industry sector, appreciated in a leasing team and/or fashion retailer being extensively present in Poland. Demonstrable understanding and willingness to explore retailer market, strategies, trends for the future. General consulting/leasing skills – e.g. landlord-tenant knowledge
