Linux Engineer (2nd line)

You will be expected to work autonomously and help us delivering the best customer experience as possible by supporting our clients and customers with their relevant technical queries.
We will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development, and regular career progression sessions, we will also provide you a chance to gain new Cisco certifications.
You are the perfect Candidate if you have confirmed experience in customer support and solid knowledge in the following major areas of:
● Strong people skills, ability to collaborate effectively with customers and other internal teams
● Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, network protocols and packet analysis
● Solid foundation of Linux / UNIX command line tools / environment; Perl/Bash shell scripting
● Familiarity with security products
● Openness towards learning new technologies
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
