Job Description:
Employee in this position is a professional specialized on technical maintenance of front-end applications interworking with Linux system. As member of the team, you will be responsible for answering and resolving technical requests with regard to the front-end and back-end server infrastructure. Automation of certain operational procedures if necessary. Execute standard requests. In depth incident analysis, in order to solve more complex incidents/problems. Contributes to the identification of potential problems in coordination with Architecture Team. Monitoring activities. Maintain appropriate logs of systems, users and operational activities. Installation, configuration and support of the systems being under maintenance in particular:
- Installation, management, administration and altering of the Red Hat systems and Linux network services.
- Usage of bash for daily activities.
- PHP frontend maintenance, adaptation, development.
- Installation, configuration and monitoring of the environment.
- Planning and performing disaster recovery.
- Maintaining configuration management records.
- Updating internal documentation.
- Propose new solutions and extensions according to current needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication in English.
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of Red Hat Linux including bash scripting.
- Experience in PHP.
- WEB servers configurations (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss) will be a desired advantage.
- CISCO/IP networking experience will be a desired advantage.
