On behalf of our Client international, widely recognized financial corporation based in Wrocław, we are currently looking to recruit experienced Log Management Engineer.
As a Log Management Engineer you will support GPS Secure & Control Engineering team to design, engineer and configure the firms strategic log management solution based on a product called Splunk. You will collaborate with the third party vendors, also in global context. Moreover you will liaise with product management to elaborate roadmaps. As a further matter you will be responsible for application engineering, configuration and 3rd level support of Compliance Monitoring solutions.
To be successful on this position you need to have higher degree in IT as well as solid background in information security technologies and principles. We are seeking for someone experienced in log management (e.g. Splunk), with Unix, Linux knowledge and at least one object oriented language (NET, Java, C++, etc.). You should also have good understanding of networks and code versioning. To be considered for this position you ought to be able to act as a team player and work independently in a global enterprise. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must on this position, German would be considered as a plus.
