Logistic Manager

Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehousing and Transportation
- Operational Coordination of Logistic Flows (including taxes and VAT);
- Coordination of Shipping Instructions;
- Management of Specif Projects for Logistic;
- Team Management
A. Wharehousing Management
- 3PL Management
- KpI follow up
- Control wharehousing process and drive continous improvement
- Organise and drive business review with 3PL
B. Transport Management
Secure:
- Efficency of logistic flow through our forwarders
- International transportation from our vendors to our wharehouses or to our customers
- Coordination of all parties acting on logistic flows (vendors, Supply Chain team, finance...)
- Provide quotes for new logistic flows or specific shipments
- Invoice tracking
- Shipment cost approval from Management
C. Other
- Collaborate with Finance and Tax group on VAT and Taxes declaration and on Intrastat
- Support all Supply Chain team (Sales admin, Supply and Demand team) on Logistic projects and inquiry
- Drive projects on Continous improvement
- Manage Logistic issues in case of crisis
- Analyse and audit logistic costs (internally and externally)
Education:
▪ Master degree with Specialisation in Wharehousing and Transportation
Experience:
▪ Minimum of 5 years in Logistic environement
Recommended technical knowledge:
- Team management (if possible on remote and within multicultural environement)
- Project Management
- Management of international transport (air, sea, rail, truck)
- Management of wharehouse and 3PLs
- SAP (SD, MM)
- Excel and other Office application
- Good relationship
- Team work
- Leadership
- Analitic and syntetic
Language:
- Polish
- Fluent in English is mandatory

- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a preference to work in a collaborative environment. Willing to discuss and defend ideas.
