with design and construction of fiber optic telecommunication infrastructure is looking for its office in Łódź:
Logistics and Material Manager

Logistic and Material Manager in IRIS Telecommunication will be responsible for setting up material management processes for all project areas in 4 regions in Poland.
Main responsibilities:
- Create, supervise and manage orders, delivery and materials flow processes
- Leads and provides guidance to the regional delivery and material coordinators
- Provides clear input based on construction plans regarding needed materials
- Revises weekly with construction team future needs on short term basis
- Monitors and controls the placement of purchase orders to material suppliers in name of the Operator, upon indication from Project Management
- Assures close relationships with Logistics & Warehouse, Suppliers and Project Management
- Establishes As Built processes with Construction team to ensure the least possible material is lost
- Reports weekly the status of the stock, p.o. ́s and usage
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills
- Entrepreneurship
- Strong Logistics background, 3-5 years practicing in the process of building telecommunication networks,
- Senior experience in team management and project management in logistic area
- Knowledge of material and accessories portfolio in fiber optic
- Knowledge of logistics processes in the process of building telecommunication networks,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, business mindset, can-do attitude
- Education Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Logistics area
- Good knowledge of English language,
- Familiar with MS Office tools
- Experience in logistics systems
