- Management customer quality issues related to transportation (Inbound/Primary)
- Regular claims registration in the central claims database
- Quality improvement activities coordination
- Provide analytical data and analysis the preparation of leadership reports and communications regarding quality in logistics operations
- Supports the monitoring, aggregating and analyzing of product quality data to identify, prioritize and initiate quality improvement activities in Supply Chain
- University degree (minimum Bachelor), preferable Logistic, Quality background
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics would be beneficial
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with internal and external parties
- Operational computer skills (MS Office)
- Operational MS Excel knowledge of basic & advanced functions, pivot tables
- Analytical skills required
