Job description:
- Install, deploy and maintain monitoring tools.
- Install, deploy and maintain tracking tools.
- Install, deploy and maintain business facilitation tools.
- Technical Diploma
- English: Intermediate
- At least 2 years experiencein Mainframe (zSeries)
- At least 6 months experience in Tivoli System Automation for z/OS and TivoliNetview for z/OS products
- Basic knowledge in JCL, REXX
- Basic knowledge in Ability to work in TSO, ISPF, SDSF
- Advanced knowledge of Tivoli System Automation for z/OS and Tivoli Netview forz/OS products
- Problem determination, analysis and resolution
- Good team working skills balanced with ability to work alone
- Ability to keep night and weekend service
