Good understanding and practical experience with Mainframe CICS environment

Very good programming and scripting skills

Installation and Customization
-
Extracting Dead Lock reports CICS Storage Violation issues

Working with abends and responding to the end users

Creation and Customization of CICS regions on the CICSplex

Setting up connectivity for CICS regions for communication

Problem determination and elimination by constructive deduction of possibilities
-
Performing Load test on CICS systems to evaluate performance and propagate the results to analyze the system upgrade requirements

Supporting the Disaster Recovery Activities
