In your role as an Engineer (Systems Programmer) you will be responsible for providing support for applications which run on the z/OS Platform. You will work alongside the z/OS engineering team to develop, install/configure mainframe applications along with related tools and infrastructure components.
As a System Engineer, you will work in a dynamic team that is based in Wroclaw.
Successful candidates will have:
- Ability to design, build and maintain applications in an Agile environment.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills:
- You will be able to communicate and understand requirements from our stakeholders.
Fluent in English (negotiation level), German preferable
A proven track record in a similar environment:
- Delivering software solutions to demanding product owners, being part of a large and (possibly) distributed team.
- Modern test driven development techniques
- Mainframe engineering and administration experience
Core:
- Advanced level of English
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a System Engineer / Mainframe Developer
- REXX, SAS, JCL, CLIST, TSO, ISPF, IBM Debug Tool, CAFC, Startool/DAUnix System Services on the mainframe
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills

Records Management IT (RMIT) is a global technology change and delivery organization comprising nearly 100 individuals located in Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Singapore. RMIT provides archiving and retrieval solutions to all UBS business divisions (WM, Swiss Bank, IB, WMA and GLAM) focusing on supporting Legal, Regulatory and Operational functions.
The current technology stack comprises IBM CMOD, Opentext, Oracle, SAMFS, DB2, TSM, NETAPPS SNAPLOCK and various in-house created technologies.
