Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:
- Relevant Technical Qualifications (Electrical, Mechanical)
- Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance within a high volume manufacturing environment
- High level of safety awareness
- Leadership skills, supervisory qualification
- English speaking
- Good Team Player
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems
- Ensure all regulatory obligations relating to carrying out operational duties are completed in consultation with the Technical Engineering Manager by the relevant certificate, regulation or permit
- Performs the work of employees and other duties as required
- Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees
- Coordinates or installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical in all manufacturing areas
- Inspects work for completeness
- Coordinates and inspects major contract work across the site
- Implement and review the daily / weekly maintenance schedule to minimise lost time due to machine breakdowns
- Ensure prompt repairs by responding to emergency breakdowns
- Ensure housekeeping, productivity and quality of work standards are maintained
