Manager - Business Intelligence [Rekrutacja prowadzona online]
Location: Warszawa
The main objective of this role is to provide support and oversight over Business Intelligence products and services delivery within given timeliness and cost budgets keeping consulting standards for project stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the project with a commitment to delivery excellence and Client satisfaction.
- Taking responsibility for the creation of tools to achieve project goals, which includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, building your storylining skills and finally developing and communicating recommendations, plans or implementation status.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate and conduct workshops with Client teams.
- Present your findings to internal and Client stakeholders, and then implement your recommendations.
- Collaborate with Client, JLL BI/technology developers and business experts to define and implement out-of-the-box as well as bespoke Business Intelligence solutions.
- Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and team members in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team - oversee the implementation of corrective actions and review current mitigation and resolution activities.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Establish and promote project guidelines, best practices, tools and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in web development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Typescript)
- Experience using MVVM Javascript frameworks (React, Angular etc) and node.js
- Knowledge of relational databases Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience in Creating Restful APIs
- Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively
- Ability to challenge other (also more senior) team members regarding functional user experience of discussed solutions
- Passion for data & analytics will be a plus
- Experience in supporting BI/IT solutions or data visualization – will be a strong plus
- Experience with Tableau & Tableau API, QlickView, MicroStrategy or other data visualisation tool will be a strong plus
- Fluent English is a must.
