Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will:

  • develop and implement staff awareness programs, including delivery of trainings
  • oversee setting up new offices from security, business continuity, data protection, and related perspective
  • design security, business continuity, data protection, and related documentation
  • enforce procedures and rules
  • maintain documentation on incidents; define corrective actions and drive their implementation
  • participate in regular audits by the Customer, from preparation to follow-up.
Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience at relevant positions in international IT companies
  • military background is a plus
  • fluent oral and written English
  • good speaking Russian
  • high degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
  • ability to understands and navigate the complex requirements which the delivery center is subject to
  • analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes
  • strong writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, to issue memorandums and compile reports.
  • excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convince people at different levels of seniority
  • attention to details and commitment to teamwork.

The purpose of this role is keeping adherence to a large number of stringent security, business continuity, data protection, and related requirements - both internal and imposed by the Client, at the same time maintaining balance with changing business context. Geography spans across Eastern Europe, Russia, and Ukraine, with potential expansion to Latin America.
