Manager IT

International Logistics company AsstrA Associated Traffic AG is looking for a IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for

• conducting a business process analysis;
• business process  modeling, reengineering and automation;
• development of IT Strategy;
• design and integration of IT system;
• cooperation with the Heads of IT, Sales, Logistics and Finance Departments to ensure success of current high-priority projects;
• key mediator between business and IT.

Requirements

• Master degree in IT/engineering or business field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management experience at a Director level.
• Fluency in English; Russian – intermediate level.
• Experience in business process modeling, reengineering and automation.
• Experience in project management, in design, development and implementation of IT systems.
• Experience in effective communication with business units: professional and effective service delivery for business customers, both internal and external.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify unnecessary operations and automate them.
