M3Cargo deals with the purchase, delivery and customs clearance of goods from China to Ukraine and other European countries. Since 2011, we have been helping small and medium-sized companies grow by delivering their loads as part of our LCL.
We transport from 8 to 10 containers of general cargo per month. Since the beginning of our activity, we have already handled nearly 12,938 orders! We provide high quality services and we are constantly working to increase their level.
At the moment, we are expanding the area of our activity and starting to handle the delivery and customs clearance of goods from China to Polish and through its territory.
Due to the development of the company, we are looking for a sales manager who speaks Polish and English (from В1).
We are looking for a young and active employee. Because "cold calls" and active sales will require a lot. And experience is a must.
It is a difficult job, but it has a good prospect of earning and developing.
This is remote work. Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Miejsce pracy: Kraków
- analysing the Polish competition market and customers;
- acquiring new customers, negotiating, concluding transactions;
- contact with customers from order acceptance to cargo delivery;
- correspondence with Chinese agents (occasionally);
- creating and maintaining a customer base in CRM.
- experience in sales for 2 years - active sales - with "cold calle";
- the ability to conduct business negotiations by phone and in person;
- excellent knowledge of Polish and at least average knowledge of English; Russian/Ukrainian language will be an advantage;
- be organized, results-oriented, active and purposeful.
- basic salary + commission on sales. In the first months it will be 1200-1600 euros. On average, after 8-10 months you can earn 2200 - 3000 euros per month. And after 2 -2.5 years of work in the company, you can earn 5000-5500 euros per month;
