Establishing and building up the company n Poland. The Managing Director is to build a nee office in Poland, recruit the team, establish and implement key proccesses within the organisation and then develop the office and services.

Client Details

Our client is one of Europe's largest manufacturer of steel structures for the building industry.

Description

• Build up the office including recruitment, processes, etc. and developing the office and services
• Status and financial reports and billing to the headquarter monthly
• Establish and maintain high technical competence levels, knowledge, performance with training programs
• Quality assurance within the organisation
• Daily management creating high employee satisfaction and performance, maintain the organisation's culture and values
• Ensure efficient and good communication
• Continuously work with defined focus areas, KPI, etc. in the design office

Profile

• 5 years of documented leadership and people management experience within the engineering are / preferably structural engineering
• Experience with running, managing, establishing and developing an engineering organisation
• Documented knowledge of steel constructions / structural design and -calculations will be a huge advantage
• Preferably a network within engineering of steel structures (civil engineering), making recruitment of new employees easier
• Knowledge of Financial reporting, Resource planning
• Experience in recruitment, annual employee appraisals, etc.
• Business acumen and perfect communication
